PAYMENTS
The goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of the net amount due. The amount to be paid is indicated in the order summary email sent to you.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will remain active for 3 working days, after which it will be cancelled. This is because the order reserves the goods in the warehouse and removes them from the database.

Accepted payment methods
PayPal and credit card (via NEXI)
PayPal allows you to make transactions securely.
Your credit card details will not be communicated to us, but directly to PayPal.
To use PayPal, you only need a credit card or a prepaid card.
Bank transfer
After placing your order, you will receive the bank transfer details (Unicredit Bank).
The order will be shipped as soon as the bank notifies us of the payment.
Cash on delivery (+€4.50)
Available for amounts not exceeding €999 (VAT included).
Please prepare the exact amount in cash.
Once a cash on delivery order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled except before 3:00 p.m. on the same day it is made.
Shipping costs are paid in advance by us: in case of non-collection, we will be forced to initiate recovery procedures.
Important note:
We invite you to place orders responsibly (“as a prudent and reasonable person”) since we bear the costs of both shipping and any failed delivery.
If you made a mistake or no longer wish to receive the goods, please write to us immediately before 3:00 p.m. to avoid losses.
