Shipping Information
We ship via GLS courier.
As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by a copy of the order declaring the value of each item in Euros.
Shipping Date
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders received by 3:00 p.m.
Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Shipment Tracking
When the order is shipped by GLS or BRT, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Authorized Delivery of the Shipment
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery.
Packages are carefully packed.
If for any reason the package appears to be tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign with reservation stating the reason, or refuse delivery.
In the event of delivery being accepted with an unauthorized signature or evidence of tampering, Customers must immediately notify the courier and contact us.
If the shipment cannot be delivered to the provided address, the package may be returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Cribar srl and undertake to accept delivery.
If the Customer refuses delivery or requests return to sender, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
The customer will be visited twice by GLS. On the third failed delivery attempt, an additional fee will be charged unless the customer picks up the goods at GLS (open also on Saturday mornings).
Shipping Insurance
Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance becomes void.

Delivery Times
24 hours for areas not listed as DHL Italian remote areas.
2/3 days for Islands and remote areas (see DHL link).
3/7 days for international shipments (outside Italy).
Additional GLS Shipping Costs
In addition to the basic shipping cost of €5.50 (free for orders over €350), the following surcharges apply:
- ZONE IT1: Venice and Minor Islands (minor islands of Sardinia, Sicily, Campania, Tuscany, etc.): +€13.42
- ZONE IT2: Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria: +€4.88
